Spear it cooking school is held in a commercial kitchen where people can come and learn the skills to produce great food and have lots of fun whilst doing it. It is a social environment where everyone works together to achieve a fantastic result.
We will be running weekly courses for all skill levels and changing class topics regularly. Please check our calendar and newsletter for the latest class information.

John will be conducting small classes with a maximum of 12 people in a class. These classes can be attended individually or with friends. If you would like a group of friends to attend we can tailor the classes to suit.
This is an opportunity to get your hands dirty and learn some tricks of the trade, as the kitchen is fitted out with the latest Blanco ranges. You will be using domestic appliances so you are able to develop your skills and apply it in the home environment. You will be learning to use everyday utensils in a professional environment.
